By enrolling at International Business School Ltd, students acknowledge and agree to these conditions, which are essential for fostering a conducive learning environment and maintaining the integrity of the institution’s educational framework.

Students are required to follow the application procedure.

Upon the completion of the application process, applicants will receive an offer of a place in the desired course/programme, or alternatively, they may be presented with an offer for a suitable alternative. The offer will include detailed information on the fees and any additional requirements for the course/programme, along with specified timescales for payment submission.

Upon accepting the offer, the student will be officially enrolled in the selected course or one-to-one lessons. The enrolment form will be sent to the applicant along with the offer to facilitate a smooth and seamless enrolment process.

Entry Levels

For most of our courses, a minimum level of English proficiency is required for entry. You can find specific details for each course in our course descriptions. We assess English language ability through various English Proficiency Tests and conduct interviews with students to ensure they possess the necessary language skills to successfully participate and complete our programs.

Fees

The tuition fees for your course will be as stated in the offer letter.

Following our offer letter, 10% of the course fees (deposit) must be paid within 14 days to reserve a place. The deposit is non-refundable. Full payment of the course fees is required 21 days before the start date to secure a place. Immediate payment of fees is recommended to secure a place as our programmes are in high demand.

An acceptance letter and invitation letter for Visa purposes are issued on receipt of full payment of the fees.

Any outstanding fees must be paid by the start date.

Visas

It is the responsibility of the students to obtain a visa entry to study in the UK where required. We advise students to seek guidance from the British Embassy or High Commission in their home country and refer to information available on the UKVI website at for visa-related inquiries: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/uk-visas-and-immigration

No visa support documentation will be provided until full fees have been received.

International Business School Ltd does not take any responsibility for visa applications that are refused.

If applicable, airport transfer and accommodation are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

By enrolling in the course, students and/or their parents or guardian acknowledge and agree to pay the tuition fees and other charges applicable for the selected course. It is essential to understand that failure to fulfill this financial obligation may lead to withdrawal from the course and cancellation of the enrollment. All fees must be settled before the course/programme start date to ensure a smooth commencement of the learning journey.

Services

International Business School (IBS) reserves the right to modify details of its services, courses, facilities, and course dates in situations beyond the company’s control or when insufficient enrollments hinder the operation of a course. In the unlikely event that a course cannot be delivered in its entirety, IBS may offer a suitable alternative at no additional cost. Students will have the option to either cancel the course (subject to terms and conditions) or accept a place in another course.

For English Language courses to proceed, a minimum of eight students is required. If the enrollment falls below four students, alternative arrangements will be made, such as reducing class hours or merging the class with another one. Rest assured that IBS is committed to providing quality education and will always strive to find the best solutions for its students’ learning needs.

Changes to Enrolments

The School reserves the right to charge an Administration Fee (GB £75) each time course or accommodation details are changed after a place has been confirmed.

Changes to Additional Services

Notification of change to additional services such as airport transfers must be sent to our Admissions Centre at least 3 full working days prior to the designated time. If notice is not received, an additional administration fee (GB £45) will apply.

Meeting course requirements and academic criteria

Course assessment criteria are outlined in the course programme and students agree to work to these criteria as well as any criteria set by external accreditation bodies where appropriate. Students will be supported to meet the criteria. However students who fail to meet the criteria may be offered an alternative course or asked to withdraw from International Business School without a refund.

Assessments include a number of criteria including coursework, assignments, examination results, attendance, participation in learning activities and commitment to study.

Students who do not meet the assessment criteria will not be allowed to proceed with their original course but will be offered an alternative course or invited to withdraw from International Business School without a refund.

Attendance

Students are accepted onto the programme on the strict understanding that they attend all classes. By signing the enrolment form the student accepts that if they fail to attend classes without good reason, or without the permission of the School, they may be deemed to be withdrawn or be required to leave the course.
