Study at IBS – Admissions

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes

International Business School programmes prepare you to gain undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Business and Management, Psychology and Law in the UK.

Undergraduate Pathway in Business and Management: This pathway offers Foundation Diploma (Level 3) and all undergraduate levels (4-5-6). Once you complete 240 credits (levels 4 and 5) at the IBS, you will enrol for the final year with one of the partner universities to complete your degree.

Postgraduate: MBA Pathway (Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership) (top-up): Once you complete 120 credits at the IBS, you will enroll for writing up your dissertation with one of the partner universities to complete your degree.

Postgraduate: Level 7 Diploma in Psychology (top-up): Once you complete 120 credits at the IBS, you will enrol to write up your dissertation with one of the partner universities to complete your degree.

Postgraduate: Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law (top-up): Once you complete 120 credits at the IBS, you will enrol to write up your dissertation with one of the partner universities to complete your degree. Your pathway to LLM degree in the UK.

General Admission Requirements:

For admission of international students, an overall English Language level equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) with no lower than 5.5 in reading, writing, listening and speaking. The other academic entry requirements are the same for all students: (home, EU, international).

Applications from individuals of all disciplines are encouraged as long as they hold a degree and/or professional qualifications. We also encourage applications from individuals with professional, leadership and managerial experience who may be admitted onto a master’s programme at the discretion of the programme director.

For admission, applicants must possess one or more of the following:

  1. Recognised degree or equivalent.
  2. Professional qualification.
  3. The university’s diplomas/certificates in business management.
  4. Applicants who are over 25 years old and do not meet the above criteria may be admitted to the course provided their professional or managerial experience is deemed appropriate.

Certain exemptions from taught modules may be considered and will be decided on an individual basis in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Accreditation body.

Fees and Scholarship

Programme fees are listed here. There may be a limited number of tuition scholarships available. These are selected and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Students may also be eligible for government grants and study loans from external bodies. Please inquire about these through relevant organisations, ministries, businesses, charities and trusts.
